Changes:
- DokuWiki package no longer pinned to Debian stable.

- Added convenience symlinks: /var/www/{webroot, config}
- Moved htaccess to /etc/dokuwiki (FHS).
- Set $APP admin email and password on firstboot (security).
- Added php-xcache PHP opcode cacher / optimizer (performance).
- Set postfix MTA myhostname to localhost (bugfix).

Changes:
- Installed all security updates (see manifest for package versions).
- Install security updates on firstboot (except when running live).
- Bugfix: Updated apt preferences for auto-security updates (LP#550307).
- Bugfix: Moved htaccess /usr/share/dokuwiki (support upgrades).
- Trick webmin into not checking for upgrades (managed by apt).
- Included latest version of inithooks and updated scripts.
- Included wget as per common request.

Changes:
- Initial public release of TurnKey DokuWiki.
- SSL support out of the box.
- DokuWiki configurations:
- Created and configured admin user and group.
- Configured authenticated users to have upload privileges.
- Configured permissions for configuration-manager-plugin.
- Configured clean-urls via htaccess.
- Disabled update notification (managed by APT).
- Pinned DokuWiki and related to update directly from Debian (security).
- Includes postfix MTA (bound to localhost) to allow sending of email from dokuwiki (e.g., password recovery). Also includes webmin-postfix module for convenience.
- Regenerates all secrets during installation / firstboot (security).
